Established in 1989
The company was established in a living room. Today, we have our own factory and export to 23 countries across the globe.
There is no such thing as cheap clothing. Someone, somewhere, always pays the price.
We are a Czech family business and we care about where, how and from what our products are made. That is why we support the international Fashion Revolution initiative, which promotes a more open, fair and responsible clothing industry.
We do not want clothing to simply look good. We want to know who made it, where the materials come from and what journey lies behind it.
We work with long-standing suppliers and use the independent bluesign® ecological standard for selected materials. It focuses on more responsible use of resources, environmental impact and safer production conditions.
The company was established in a living room. Today, we have our own factory and export to 23 countries across the globe.
Since the very beginning, we have always kept our production only in the Czech Republic, using the best quality materials.
We sponsor top athletes as well as young talents. We have been supporting volunteer and charitable organisations for a long time.
In 2012 and 2013, Kama founder Mahulena Pertlová was nominated by Ernst & Young for Business person of the year. In 2013, KAMA received the Family Business of the Year award from the Czech Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Crafts.
